We produce a limited supply of lard at the moment, mostly from our breeding sows when we harvest them. They are on pasture forage or in the pond, and they eat soy-free, corn-free, non-gmo hog food and rolled barley that is soaked in skim milk and fermented if the temperatures are warm.
