These bacon ends and pieces are a collection of cuts from the side belly and under belly of our hog. Great for garnishing and a versatile addition for many dishes!
 
Our pork is brined in a heritage, german organic spice blend (no nitrates or nitrites) with fresh spring water from the valley we reside in. Shortly after, it is cold smoked for eight hours with our unsprayed apple wood. As always, we feed our pigs non-gmo, corn-free, soy-free, custom milled grains that are fermented in our raw jersey milk.
